1.       We guarantee all products have been reviewed by our support team before being submitted to the customer. We always want the best for our customer. Therefore, products that have ordered and shipped are not refundable unless errors made by us within 1 x 24 hours after the product is received please contact us via email: marketing@modisshop.com or contact our support by phone or sms to get a description of the product return process with requirements that the products in unused and maximum 3 (three) days of the products is returned to us after the product is received. Items will not be replaced if the product has been worn or damaged due to wear.

2.       Goods can not be returned / exchanged / replaced for any reason if goods ordered are promotional items. Item failure / defect is not the responsibility of the seller for replace

3.       We provide no refund. We are not responsible to re-send any unclaimed packages.

4.       Products purchased by consumers will be mailed to the address that was registered by the consumer in the ModisShop's member area. ModisShop.com is not responsible for errors caused by faulty send the writing of the address made by the member's area.
